Podoexpert

Dry feet? Give your home-care routine a little backup.

Your appointment is one part of foot care. What you use between visits matters too. Ask your TiredSole™ nurse whether a Podoexpert product fits your skin, comfort and daily routine.

What is Podoexpert?

Podoexpert offers specialist foot-skin care, including lightweight foam moisturizers and heel cream. Its BarrioExpert LIPO² technology uses skin-related lipids to support the skin’s protective barrier. Think of that barrier as the outer layer that helps hold moisture in.

The brand has several formulas. Your nurse can help you compare them rather than choosing by packaging alone.

Start with what your feet need

These examples are from the Canadian product range. Ask us about current clinic stock and the exact formula before purchasing.

Podoexpert moisturizing foam for dry and cracked skin

Dry, rough skin

A moisturizing foam option for a regular foot-skin routine. Ask where to apply it and how often to use your chosen formula.

Podoexpert foam without urea

Choosing a formula

The range includes a foam without urea. Discuss sensitivities and ingredients with your nurse; one formula will not suit everyone.

Podoexpert moisturizing cream for cracked heels

Dry heels

The heel cream is another moisturizing option, including for a night-time routine. Painful, bleeding or open cracks need assessment.

Which appointment should I book?

Skin care plus nails, calluses or several concerns?

Book a foot-care assessment and tell us everything you would like addressed. Choose the appointment length that best fits your needs; call if you are unsure whether a 30-minute visit is enough.

Only need help with a product?

Call before visiting to check stock, pricing and whether you need an appointment. Bring the name or a photo of products you already use.

Diabetes, reduced feeling or circulation concerns?

Tell your nurse before choosing a product. New wounds, spreading redness or drainage need prompt clinical advice rather than a change of moisturizer.

Make your routine easy to follow

  • Follow the directions on your specific Canadian product label.
  • Ask your nurse to show you the amount, application areas and frequency.
  • Check before applying to broken skin or between the toes; instructions depend on the formula and your skin.
  • Stop using a product that irritates your skin and ask for advice.
  • A moisturizer does not replace assessment or treatment for a suspected skin or nail infection.

At your next visit, tell us what improved and what did not. We can review the routine with you.

Let’s find your foot-care fit.

Bring your questions. We will help you understand your options and plan care that fits your feet.
